The number shows every time I use GrubHub to tell me they have to cancel the order for whatever reason. The first time I agreed because I had never used GrubHub, then shortly after the restaurant I placed the order for called for delivery. They claim they were never contacted by GrubHub. The second time it happened I challenged them and the lady became defensive and told me she would call back if she couldn’t make contact with the restaurant. I called the restaurant and explained the situation, they said they were operating normally and my order was being made. I tried calling the number back but whoever answered wasn’t the same person and refused to let me speak to a manager saying that it was not how their system worked.
