I contacted Discover and they said they did not call me about an unknown charge today. The robocall said that a charge was being made by Vtech Solutions and that my account would be charged if I did not call them (Discover) within 48 hours. It said to call 203-876-5568. If you get a similar message DO NOT CALL!!
